Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will conduct market research, acquire leads for our IT job board and attract clients to advertise their IT jobs on our specialized job platform. The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for Antal Tech Jobs. You will work to create a holistic user experience on the job board, find clients to post their IT jobs and match them with the best candidates in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our IT job board, including a sales strategy and plan for client and candidate acquisition, sales and business development. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including technology companies, recruiters and industry associations. Participate in product development projects to develop and launch new features and enhancements to the job board to improve usability and increase engagement. Work with the marketing team to inform them of sales requirements and ideas for creating marketing campaigns to attract top talent and employers to our job board. Monitor and report on job board performance metrics including traffic, engagement and revenue, number of leads, converted leads, number of calls per day, number of emails sent, and provide regular updates to senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for job board management and make recommendations for improvements and new features to keep our platform competitive.

Requirements:

3-5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the technology industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Understanding of the technology industry and the latest trends and innovations.
