Regional Sales Manager- Bangalore

Job Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in orthopaedic implant company to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
4. Provide product training and demonstrations to customers and sales team.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of sales experience in medical devices, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of medical devices and industry trends.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
5. Bachelor's degree in a life science or business-related field.
