Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SKF Boilers & Driers Pvt Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Senior: 10-12 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in regional or zonal level, preferably from rice / parboiling industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned region to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance and achieve sales objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region through lead generation and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including regular visits and business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact sales
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services
  • Conduct sales training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, pricing, and value propositions
