Job Description:

As the HRManager at Tyre Company you will play a pivotal role in managingall aspects of human resources and fostering effectivecommunication within the organization and with external clients.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functionswith a special emphasis on staff management and clientcoordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Staff Management:**
Oversee therecruitment selection and onboarding process to ensure theorganization attracts and retains top talent.
Developand implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workenvironment and ensure compliance with employment laws andregulations.
Provide guidance and support to employeeson HRrelated matters including performance management careerdevelopment and conflict resolution.
Conduct regulartraining and development programs to enhance employee skills andknowledge.

2. **ClientCoordination:**
Serve as the primary point of contactfor clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuringclient satisfaction.
Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutionsthat align with business objectives.
Manage clientrelationships and contracts negotiating terms and conditions asnecessary.
Monitor client feedback and performancemetrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuousenhancements.

3. **Communication:**
Facilitate effective communication channels within the organizationensuring information flows smoothly between management andemployees.
Act as a liaison between differentdepartments to promote collaboration and teamwork.
Develop communication strategies to convey HR initiatives policiesand updates to all stakeholders.
Provide clear andtimely communication to clients addressing their concerns andproviding updates on projects or services.

4.**Administrative Duties:**
Maintain accurate HR recordsand databases ensuring confidentiality and dataintegrity.
Prepare reports and presentations on HRmetrics such as recruitment activity turnover rates and trainingeffectiveness.
Manage payroll and benefitsadministration in collaboration with finance and administrationdepartments.
Stay informed about industry trends andbest practices in HR management incorporating innovative approachesto enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or arelated field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g.SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
Proven experience as an HRManager or similar role preferably in the manufacturing orautomotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to interact effectively withdiverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership capabilitieswith a track record of building and motivating highperformingteams.
Solid understanding of HR principles employmentlaws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiencyin HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and strategic thinkingabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
