Our client is an online advertising and technology company that empowers advertisers to achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels. They connect brands with target audiences through exclusive partnerships with leading media platforms, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore.

We are looking for a passionate Client Partner - Mobile App Growth to join in their growing team.

This position is located in Mumbai / Delhi, India and will require some local traveling to client and agency locations. The Client Partner will report to the Business Head of Mobile App Performance in India.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Collaborating with local teams of large international and national mobile app performance advertisers to understand their objectives, recommending best practices, and developing effective campaigns
  • Proactively grow client portfolio: Direct advertisers in Banking, E-Commerce, Fintech, EduTech, Gaming, Utilities etc.
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew / up-sell to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis
  • Work closely together with internal ad-operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Manage the Payment structure and terms with the Clients
  • Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving digital media landscape, and adapting to their ongoing product developments

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies, preferably performance campaigns such as CPI, CPA & Lead Generation
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • Ability to manage big customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision.
  • Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
  • Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
  • Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which they operate
  • Proficient in both English and Indian
