  • Customer visits meetingnegotiations closing deals.
  • Preparing quotationsubmitting to customers andfollowup
  • Maintaining customer databaserecord
  • Ensure current client retention andrepeat business from existing client.
  • Work withcollection team for collection of paymentfollowup
  • Assist the Plant Head / GeneralManager for deciding pricing strategy new projectfinalization
  • Discovering and pursuing new salesprospects negotiating deals and maintaining customersatisfaction.
  • Convert potential clients bycontinuous follow up and gaining trust.
  • Mustunderstand & explain technicality ofproduct.
  • Maintain relationships with clients byproviding support information and guidance asrequired.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriatepresentations on products andservices
  • Negotiate/close deals and handlecomplaints or objections
  • Gather feedback fromcustomers or prospects and share with internal team to improve uponifrequired.
