  • Develop and maintainrelationships with existing customers in person and via telephonecalls and emails
  • Gather market and customerinformation
  • Arrange meetings with potentialclients
  • Respond to incoming email and phoneenquiries
  • Coordinate and handle pre and postsales experience including site visits
  • Helpcreate detailed proposal documents to negotiate the terms of anagreement price costs delivery and specifications withbuyers.
  • Create and maintain reports for Salesmetrics using MS Office and our CRM
  • Makeaccurate rapid cost calculations and provide customers withquotations
  • Build and maintain relationshipswith real estate agents and firms and motivate them to findbuyers
  • Coordinate handle and followup withchannel partners agents etc.
  • Tie up withaffiliate marketing partners
  • Research andexperiment on new and innovative ways tosell
  • Maintaining sales related data andcreating reports to submit to superiors
  • May berequired to visit the project development site to conduct onsitesales
  • Understand all relevant details on allthe company s existing and plannedprojects
Requirements:
  • Anygraduate with 25yrs experience in Luxury Sales or similarindustry.
SkillsRequired
  • The abilityand desire to sell
  • Excellent communicationskills
  • Skills to work both independently and aspart of a team
  • Proficient with MS officespecifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Datarecording and report generation
  • Working withthe team on various projects and coordinating with otherdepartments
