Roles and Responsibilities :
  • SellingProducts and Services to the Customer
  • Maintaining a Daily Sales Report
  • Ensure quality new acquisition on Saving accounts andCurrent Accounts for Resident/NonResident
  • Utilizing the sales resources for optimal sales support oPenetration of FD to unique customers
  • Sales ofvarious Credit Cards
  • Sales of ThirdPartyProducts (Mutual Funds/Insurance/RBI Bonds) to thecustomers
  • Sales of Asset Products
  • Customers who have attrited over a certain value (asdefined by product) for both savings and current accounts to becalled and reasons ascertained
  • Ensuring thatcustomers make us their primary bank
  • Managethe benchmark no. of customers in the portfolio
  • Extend Classic benefits to customers basis identificationin eligibility lists
  • Online updation of CRM atevery stage of customer contact on the portfolio
  • Ensure that all classic customers within the portfolioare contacted
  • Detailed updation of interactionto be captured in CRM Tasks/ leads to be created profiler to beupdated on same day of interaction.
