Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Surgical Gloves Sales Manager for our operations in Delhi. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in surgical gloves sales management. The successful candidate will drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients in the medical supply sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a surgical gloves sales manager, demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination, enabling effective management of intricate sales tasks and client interactions.
  • Refined fine motor skills to handle product demonstrations and physical aspects of sales processes proficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in sales documentation, client communication, and deal execution.
  • Excellent dexterity, essential for managing product samples, inventory, and customer engagement activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical glove materials, their properties, advantages, and applications in medical settings.
  • Effective sales strategies for surgical gloves, utilizing market insights and industry-specific knowledge for successful results.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business in a competitive market.
