Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Gloves Sales Manager for a full-time, mid-level position. The role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is based in Delhi, Noida, or New Delhi. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the surgical gloves sector. A strong background in sales, coupled with specialized skills in surgical gloves, is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in surgical gloves sales, essential for engaging with healthcare professionals and driving product adoption (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of surgical gloves, ensuring informed discussions with clients about product features and benefits (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with medical gloves, including various materials and applications for different medical procedures (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of surgical procedures to identify customer needs and offer tailored glove solutions.
- Proficiency in sterilization techniques to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain product quality.
- Ability to respond efficiently to emergencies, providing timely support and solutions to healthcare clients.
- Experience in handling medical instruments, which aids in understanding client requirements and positioning products effectively.
- Knowledge of wound care allows for appropriate product recommendations and addressing specific customer concerns.
