Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and business development to contribute to the success of our company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of B2B marketplace and digital marketing trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Junior-level candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Actively promote and sell our products and services to prospective clients
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of client projects
  • Regularly update CRM software with accurate client and sales data
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
