Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading Recruitment Consultancy.
Our client has more than five decades of experience in manufacturing various kinds of Fire Fighting Equipment and Fire Fighting Delivery Hoses. They have factories spread over 50,000 square metres at Surendranagar/ Wadhwan, Gujarat and employs about 500 people. It has its regional offices in Pune, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, Vadodara, Kolkata and Bangalore. Through an efficient network of agents, they sell their equipment throughout India. With more than 61 years of experience in selling its products abroad, they now export to 60 countries world-wide.
Role: HR Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Years of experience: 5-7 years in HR management, preferably in the firefighting or other manufacturing / safety / supply-chain industry
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days working)
Office Location: Ahmedabad
Annual Salary: 4.80 - 7.20 LPA
Communication skills required for this role: English/Hindi
Requirement for travelling: As & when required (not much)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection to attract top talent in the firefighting and safety sectors. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract skilled professionals. Implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee performance and development, including regular feedback and appraisal processes.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge relevant to the firefighting industry. Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentives to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations; develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Organizational Development: Lead initiatives that support organizational growth, including succession planning and workforce planning.
- Health and Safety: Collaborate with safety teams to ensure a safe work environment and promote safety training programs. Develop and promote training programs focused on workplace safety and emergency response.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Prepare reports for senior management on HR performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Strong background in managing employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Should be ready to join in 15-20 days
