We are seeking a passionate and talented Customer Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Update customer information in the database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet targets for customer satisfaction and resolution
