Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Executive to join our client. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in technical support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our clients by identifying and resolving technical issues
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track client issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding the status of their issues
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their technical needs are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends
- Assist in the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures
