We are seeking an experienced Zonal Business Head to lead and grow the business across our Western Region branches. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about driving growth and expanding our presence in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Strategically manage the Western Zone to achieve business targets
•Spearhead expansion and client acquisition efforts across branches
•Lead, motivate, and develop branch teams to achieve regional goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with AD-II experience in the financial services or foreign exchange sector will be given preference.

Requirements
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
•7+ years of experience in financial services, with 3+ years in a regional management or similar senior role.
•Experience in currency exchange, forex cards, or remittance services is highly preferred.
•Strong understanding of RBI guidelines.
•Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
