About the Role:The Zonal Fleet Manager (West) will oversee the deployment and operations of Statiq's EV charging solutions across the western region, ensuring seamless execution of fleet charging strategies and adherence to business goals. This role requires strong managerialexpertise, in-depth knowledge of fleet operations, and a proven track record in handling large-scale charging infrastructure and partnerships with fleet operators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational Management :Manage day-to-day EV charging operations for fleet partners, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and service quality.Monitor and coordinate the resolution of technical issues at charging stations in collaboration with the technical team.Optimize charging schedules to reduce downtime and improve partner satisfaction.
Business Development :Identify and onboard new fleet partners, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle operators in the region.Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to expand Statiq's footprint and revenue streams.Negotiate and close agreements with partners, aligning with Statiq’s business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement :Serve as the key point of contact for fleet partners, addressing concerns and ensuring seamless integration of Statiq's charging solutions.Foster strong relationships with existing partners to drive retention and loyalty.
Team Management :Lead and mentor a team of on-ground staff to ensure smooth execution of both operations and business initiatives.Provide regular training on Statiq’s offerings, operational protocols, and business development strategies.
Performance Analysis & Reporting :Track and report on key performance metrics, including operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, and business development pipeline.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Compliance and Safety :Ensure that all charging operations and business activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Experience :4-6 years in fleet management, logistics, or business development, preferably in the EV or automotive sector.Proven experience in managing operations and driving revenue growth simultaneously.
Education :Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Skills :Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent business acumen with a proactive approach to identifying and closing deals.Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and fleet operations.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge RequiredComprehensive understanding of fleet logistics and commercial vehicle operations.Knowledge of EV charging technology and market dynamics.Awareness of safety and regulatory standards in fleet and EV operations.
