Manager Vendor Relationship Manager

RelationshipManagement:
- Serveas the primary point of contact for vendors service providers andother supplysidestakeholders.
- Build astrategy to identify and onboard new vendors basis requirement;commercials coverage; service support; dealer networketc.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships to facilitate effective communication andcollaboration.
- Align service levelagreements with vendors on various aspects of business requirements(e.g O and M TAT etc.) ensure SLAs are adheredto.
- Periodic review of vendorperformance working jointly with ops and central ops to ensureissues are escalated to vendors for quickresolution
- Address and resolve anyissues or concerns raised by stakeholdersinternal and external in atimely and professionalmanner
- Negotiation with vendors toensure best possible terms and conditions (commercials extendedwarranty credit terms etc.)
- Create aclose loop cycle of customer feedback internal feedback and gettingthose implemented working closely with vendors for longtermsustainability ofbusiness.
- Developimplement and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhanceefficiency andeffectiveness.
- Identify areas forprocess optimization and provide recommendations for continuousimprovement.
- Ensure compliance withindustry standards and bestpractices.
- Workwith vendors to track the performance through ticketing systemIntegration of vendor systems with our system to ensure datarecords are properlymaintained.
- Review ofthe data jointly with crossfunctional teams to ensure actioning andprocess improvement
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate records in relevant databases andsystems.
- Ensure data integrity andconsistency across allplatforms.
- Generate and analysereports to support decisionmaking and strategicplanning.
- Thisrole requires high degree of crossfunctional collaboration andcoordination.
- Regularconnect with procurement team to ensure process and end objectivesare as per businessrequirement
- Working closely withoperations and central ops in understanding the various challengesissues feedback and ensuring vendors arealigned.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure seamless execution of projects andinitiative
- Provide support andguidance to team members asneeded.
- Guidingmentoring and leading teams for business alignedgoals.
- Regular reviewand performance planning for theteam
Requirements
DesiredQualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a relatedfield.
- MBA from tier1institute
- 8 years of experiencemanaging automotive OEMs; charging OEMs; relatedvendors
- Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex data and make informeddecision
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Proficiency inrelevant software and tools (e.g. MS Office CRM systems dataanalysis tools).
- Ability to managemultiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment
- Demonstrated ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
- Stakeholder management;ability to negotiate; work crossfunctional; strong bias for actionand gogetter who can lead teams towardsexcellence.
Desired Qualifications Bachelor s degree in BusinessAdministration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA from tier-1institute 8+ years of experience managing automotive OEMs; chargingOEMs; related vendors Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret complex data and make informed decision Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevantsoftware and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, data analysistools). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ina fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independentlyand as part of a team. Stakeholder management; ability tonegotiate; work cross-functional; strong bias for action andgo-getter who can lead teams towards excellence.
