Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in onboarding, managing, and scaling growth partners such as Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Connectors, ensuring efficient operations and streamlined communication. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing relationships, and delivering successful cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Onboarding & Management: Identify and onboard new channel partners (DSAs, Connectors) while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to drive business growth.
- Channel Scaling: Take ownership of scaling partners and ensuring they achieve their growth objectives, through effective training, support, and motivation.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Leverage existing partner relationships to introduce and cross-sell additional products, services, and partner offerings to enhance business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate and convert leads through strategic relationships with partners, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Timely Payouts & Coordination: Ensure smooth operational processes, including accurate and timely payouts to partners. Coordinate effectively with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and provide insights to improve overall channel productivity. Utilize data to identify trends, address bottlenecks, and propose actionable strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the fintech and BFSI ecosystem, identifying emerging trends, market shifts, and competitive insights to enhance partner offerings and strategies.
Required Skill-Set:
- Experience in Channel Management: 2-4 years of experience working in a channel management role, with a specific focus on Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Fintech and BFSI ecosystem, with knowledge of key industry players, trends, and innovations.
- Relationship Building & Management: Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, including relationship initiation, maintenance, and expansion.
- Operational Proficiency: Experience with managing channel operations, including onboarding processes, payout coordination, and channel scaling.
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting. Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to engage, influence, and motivate partners and stakeholders across all levels.
- Problem-Solving & Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing partner challenges and driving solutions.
