Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, leveraging your banking experience to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients who could benefit from our services, building a robust pipeline of quality leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs and align our solutions to help them achieve their goals, positioning Registerkaro as a trusted partner.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and customer support) to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • Market Insights: Use your industry expertise to provide feedback on client needs, challenges, and trends to help improve Registerkaro’s offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Banking Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management within a bank, NBFC, or any other relevant institution, with a strong understanding of client relationship dynamics and financial products.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with diverse clients and explain solutions clearly.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional client service and understanding client needs from a banking perspective.
  • Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with a strong sense of motivation.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving client and company needs.
