What you will be doing

resultsoriented Talent Acquisitionleader looking to have high impact this is the role for you. Inthis role you will
develop and implement a multiyearrecruiting strategy to support Vanderlandes diverse talent needsacross
India and APAC (Australia New Zealand Hong KongMalaysia Singapore South Korea and Taiwan). You willlead
a lean team and build a community with the regionalTalent Acquisition leads and their team members andbuild
strong partnerships with People Servicescolleagues other Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partnersand
their Business Leaders to make them part of yourstrategy ensuring the company continues improving how it
sources recruits hires and onboards top talent. You will deliveryour strategy through a strong data driven
approach anddevelop unified processes taking critical local requirements intoaccount all leading to a consistent
candidateexperience. In this position you will report to the Director ofPeople Services APAC and will be part of
the managementteam in which you will strongly cooperate towards a consistentintegrated approach to talent.
Yourresponsibilities
Strategic Planning and Leadership:Formulate and execute comprehensive talent acquisitionstrategies
aligned with Vanderlande business goalsthroughout India & APAC region.
Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a highperforming talent acquisition team fosteringa collaborative
and innovative work culture.
EndtoEnd Ownership: Take complete ownership of the talentacquisition lifecycle ensuring a seamless
and effectiveprocess from sourcing to onboarding.
StakeholderCollaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership andbusiness stakeholders to
understand organizational needsand align recruitment strategies accordingly.
GlobalProject Influence: Contribute to global talent acquisition projectsensuring that India & APAC
perspective iswellrepresented.
Recruitment Process Optimization:Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertiseto
continuously enhance and improve recruitmentprocesses to streamline workflows and enhance the
candidate experience.
Vendor Management: Develop andmaintain partnerships with external vendors (Job Boards
Recruitment Agencies Assessment tools) to effectively leveragetheir solutions and services to fulfil
talentacquisition needs.
Executive Recruitment: Carry out andmanage confidential recruitment efforts research andtalent
identification for executive leadership roles inIndia & APAC.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreastof industry trends talent mapping and emerging technologiesto
maintain a competitive edge in talentacquisition.
Brand Ambassador: Position Vanderlande asan employer of choice through effective employer
branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Diversityand Inclusion Champion: Drive initiatives to enhance diversity andinclusion in our talent
acquisitionprocesses.
Metrics and Reporting: Establish and managerecruitment metrics providing regular and insightful
reports to senior management.
Budget Management: Overseeand optimize the talent acquisition budget ensuringcosteffectiveness
and efficiency.
What do weask from you
Over 15 years of extensive experience inTalent Acquisition within India & APAC region with a focusof
hiring across all levels preferably in multinationalorganizations.
Very good understanding of compliancerelated to India & APAC region i.e. Australia NewZealand

Strongbackground in recruiting for technical and nontechnicalroles.
Data driven systems thinker who can generate andexecute ideas at strategic and tactical levels.
Mastersdegree in human resources or a relatedfield.
