Essential F&A functions:Accounting: Record toReport process including Statutory and Internal Audit of thecompany. Taxation: Taxationand regulatory compliance including GST TDS Income Tax returnsetc. Finance: FinancialManagement including working capital management bankingrelationships etc. Systems &process: Institute and implement good systems andpractices.
- Decision Support BudgetingMIS:
- Provide decision supportthrough data analysis
- Coordinate and formulateoperational and Financial Budgets/ Targets
- Analyse and present Business Performance and action planfor improvement
- Develop business plans andmonitor and report progress against the plan
- Investment Evaluation:
- Investment / Bid Analysis For new businesses
- Analyse inorganic growth opportunities M&Apossibilities
Educationskills and traits
- CA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) with 15years total experience in F&A. Minimum 5 years in BFSI Training/ Online Education. Minimum 2 years as Head F&A
- Analytical and problem solvingskills demonstrable role in P&L management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills teamplayer team management capabilities
- Expertisein Financial modeling using MS Excel and any ERP
- Professional and Ethical Behavior
- Multilingual fluency in English working knowledge ofTamil necessary
