As Assistant Manager Sales you will supportthe sales team in achieving revenue targets and fostering longtermrelationships with clients. In this role you will assist inidentifying and pursuing new business opportunities as well asmanaging accounts and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction andretention.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Supportthe Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic salesplans to achieve revenue goals andtargets.
  • Assist in prospecting lead generationand qualification of new businessopportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporateclients travel agencies event planners and other stakeholders inthe hospitality industry.
  • Conduct salespresentations site inspections and client meetings to promote ourpropertys facilities and services.
  • Collaboratewith the sales team and other departments to create customizedproposals and packages tailored to meet the needs ofclients.
  • Assist in negotiating contractspricing and terms with clients to maximize revenue andprofitability.
  • Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics including pipelines forecasts and conversionrates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Keepabreast of market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments to identify opportunities for businessgrowth.
  • Represent the Fairmont brand withprofessionalism and integrity at industry events trade shows andnetworking functions.
  • Provide leadership andsupport to team members of the sales team asneeded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience insales preferably in the hospitality or luxury serviceindustry.
  • Demonstrated success in achievingsales targets and building clientrelationships.
  • Strong communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritizetasks and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and CRM software.
  • Flexibility totravel as needed for client meetings andevents.
  • Knowledge of the local market andindustry trends is anadvantage.
