Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of quality control activities, test results, and compliance records.

Generate regular reports on quality performance, key performance indicators, and improvement initiatives for management review.

Supplier and Customer Interaction: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials and components, and establish effective communication channels to address any quality-related concerns.

Engage with customers to understand their quality expectations, resolve any quality-related issues, and provide necessary documentation and support.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and engagement.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, operations, and research and development, to align quality goals and objectives.
