- Bring to attentionof any nonusable products to the Director ofCulinary record them as breakage and insures that parlevels of equipment are kept up todate
- Prepare and maintainall outlet par stocks with the Restaurant Managers and prepare coatbreakage reports forsection
- Prepare expenseforecasts for cash payroll detergent cleaning suppliers energycosts etc. during Annual Profit & LossBudget
- Ensure propersanitation standards are met through maintenance of local healthand sanitationcodes
- Maintain contractswith vendors and supplier such as Garbage Disposal ChemicalSuppliers Exterminator Night Cleaning Contracts if applicable andarranges special cleaning schedule whenapplicable
- Ensure that allFood & Beverage garbage are properly sorted and removedfrom all areas and transferred to the garbageroom
- Coordinatemaintenance of all back of the house equipment with the Director ofCulinary and Chief Engineers and schedule weekly kitchencleaning
- Coordinate withthe Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager on allequipment pertaining to festivals promotions and V.I.P. Banquet setup
- Submit a Monthly Reportto the Executive Chef pertaining to the status of the StewardingDepartment
- Ensure ahealthy and safe workingenvironment
TeamManagement
- Assist Talent &Culture Department to interview select and recruit fulltime& parttimeStewards
- Ensurethat new hire induction and required trainings are completed withinthree months ofemployment
- Providetraining to team members and casual labour on all aspects ofStewarding operations according to the requirements in thedepartmentsStandards
- Observecoach motivate and counsel team performs staffappraisals/disciplinary actions ifrequired
- Maintaindepartment communication logbook and update noticeboard.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 6years of Experience. At least 01 year of experience in same jobrole.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication.
- Strong operational &Technical knowledge.
