Client Engagement: Conductregular checkins business reviews and strategic discussions withclients to understand their evolving needs and introduce relevantsolutions.
Collaboration: Workclosely with the sales product and customer success teams todeliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

ContractNegotiation: Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensurefavorable terms and secure longterm agreements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
35 years of experience inaccount management sales or a relatedrole.
Proven track record ofmanaging and growing key accounts in a B2Benvironment.
Strong communicationnegotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to analyze data andderive actionable insights for account growth.
Experience with CRM software andsales analytics tools. Preferred:
Experience in SAAS industry orrelated fields.
Prior experiencein upsell and crosssell strategies in a SaaS or techenvironment.
Prior experience inCustomer relationship management
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolvingskills.
