JobSummary:You ll be working with the Foundingteam. Whatyou will do:You will focus on buildingpartnerships and nurturing them. Building sales strategies andworking with the marketing team to attract more clients with thesales team to help scale thesolution.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Find new clientsunderstand their buying process and pain points build proposals andbusiness cases and win business.
- Manageexisting clients and partner accounts.
- Be thesingle point of contact for partners for all technical andcommercial responses and support.
- Negotiate andestablish longterm contracts with key clients and partners toensure a winwin proposition.
- Be on top ofindustry trends and competitivebenchmarking.
- Work closely and provide inputsto internal development teams on new developments to cater toclientsrequirements.
Theideal candidate requires:
- Priorexperience in working or selling to the environmental industry orcompanies is desirable or else a strong passion for thisindustry.
- Significant Sales experience withproven success in developing profitable businesses preferably withKey Accounts and Large enterprises.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude forbuilding relationships with professionals of all organizationallevels
- Ability to lead from the frontproblemsolving and innovating on the business model are importantskills for the role.
- Worked in different smartcities is a plus
- Experience working insustainability segments in government bodies is aplus
- Experience in working with projects thatdealt with air quality urban flooding climate change is aplus
- Any B.Tech. MBA/PGDM in Marketing(Plus)
- CRM experience ispreferred
- Passion & ability to closethe deal as per predefined targets.
- Strongethics and discretion while dealing withcustomers
