Description

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of employee travel, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and necessary travel documentation. 

Monitor travel expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting employees' travel needs. 

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories. Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly to minimize disruptions.

Collaborate with various teams and personnel to streamline the expense reimbursement process. Assist employees in preparing and submitting travel-related expense claims and ensure that all submitted expenses comply with company policies and guidelines.

Verifying receipts and supporting documentation to validate expense claims.

Handle inquiries and provide guidance on expense reporting and reimbursement procedures. Assisting in the development and preparation of the travel and expense budget and monitoring travel expenditures and ensure they align with the approved budget. 

Generating periodic reports on travel expenses, cost trends, and budget utilization. 

Recommending cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize travel and expense.

What Makes You Qualified

Should have relevant 10-15 Years of experience in demonstrative ability to work optimally with Executive and senior leadership team members with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Ability to prioritize and deliver within short/tight deadlines and with high precision. 

Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated and data driven mindset with track record of successful financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills. 

Ability to think creatively with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills. 

Should be bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field.
