KeyResponsibilities:

Food& BeveragePlanning

  • Assist theF&B Manager to plan & execute the operations of theassigned outlet.
  •  Ensure that thecompany and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all areasof the assignedoutlet.

PeopleManagement

  • Ensure thatthe team has been trained for all safetyprovisions.
  • Motivate and develop the team toensure smooth functioning of the outlet and promoteteamwork.
  • Achieve guest satisfaction andorganizational profitability through effective utilization of allresources.

FinancialManagement

  • Prepare andwork on the annual budget for the assigned outlet and ensure togive proper monthly follow up to the F&BManager
  •  Ensure that profit marginsare maintained; agreed costs are not exceeded through effectivecontrol systems and menucosting.

OperationalManagement

  • Assist theF&B Manager in sales promotion by organizing events andfood festivals for the assigned outlet.
  • Ensureto maintain high standards of quality control hygiene and healthand safety in all areas of the assignedoutlet.
  • Supervise and control the assignedoutlet within agreed budgetary limits and parameters of thelaw.
  • Ensure and maintain high standards ofservice delivery safety security discipline and compliance with theorganizations policy.
  • Ensure that the teamadheres to the companys uniform and hygienestandards.
  • Ensure that quality is maintained inall aspects of the work and as per thestandards.
  • Ensure to continuously delight thecustomers by offering trend setting and innovative products andservices.
  • Handle additional responsibilities asand when delegated byManagement.

 

Hygiene/ Personal safety /Environment:

  •  Ensuresthat the workplace and storage areas remain clean and tidy and thesafety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCPregulations
  • Respects the instructions andsafety guidelines for the equipment (s)heuses
  • Applies the hotels security regulations(in case of fire etc)
  • Applies the ISO 14001quality certification requirements that impact his/herrole
  • Respects the hotels commitments to theEnvironment Charter (saving energy recycling sorting wasteetc)
