Job Overview

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative (Executive Level) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships. Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in negotiation (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in lead generation (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong sales acumen with a talent for closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to build ongoing client relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT products and services
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through various channels and techniques
  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client information and notes
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide ongoing post-sales support and customer service
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor activities
