**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Research potential clients, their needs, and industry trends to position offerings effectively.
**Sales Outreach & Presentations**:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule meetings or demos.
- Tailor presentations and sales pitches to address customer pain points and demonstrate how solutions can meet their needs.
**Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to address any questions or concerns and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
**Sales Conversion**:
- Close sales by managing the negotiation process and addressing objections.
- Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure smooth transition of accounts to account managers or customer service teams post-sale.
**Reporting & Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, using CRM software.
- Report regularly on progress toward sales targets and pipeline status.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to the sales and marketing teams.
**Customer Support & Retention**:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to existing clients.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing post-sale service and support.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- **Sales Expertise**: Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Work Environment**:
- This is typically an office-based with regular business hours.
- Sales representatives often work independently but collaborate with other sales team members and departments.
