Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Executive to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively engaging with clients and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the HR industry and knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Generate and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
