Role Description

We are looking for a resilient, expert Senior Technical Sales Specialists to lead the growth of our company in the B2B and B2G domain. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives across regions, onboarding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumer trends. This role would involve frequent travel to client facilities across the region, including industries, commercial spaces and educational campuses.


Roles and Responsibilities

● Developing and executing an aggressive Go-to-Market strategy to meet the sales targets set by the management.

● Managing Sales executives in their function and maintaining scorecards for performance review.

● Procuring new clients through direct contact, industry events, and collaboration with the marketing department.

● Visiting client premises for customer discovery, sales pitches and product demos.

● Performing activities across different stages of the sales funnel – Inside sales, Client visits, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

● Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

● Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

● Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

● Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.


Qualifications

● Experience in Leading and Managing a Sales Team

● Managing Sales executives in their function and maintaining scorecards for performance review.

● Basic technical knowledge, ability to understand product application and scope

● Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

● Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

● Professional yet friendly disposition.

● Neat, well-groomed appearance.

● Great networking skills.

● Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

● 5+ years of sales experience with B2B clients – Industries, Commercial buildings, Educational Institutes.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Experience selling Sensors/Electronics/IoT/PLC systems is an added advantage


Salary Range

INR 12-20 Lakhs per annum (Travel stipend provided separately)
