Job Description

    • National Sales role based out of Delhi but requires 25% travelling
  • Reseller Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison for all reseller partner relationships, devising and implementing strategies to foster and broaden these partnerships. Evaluate partner performance consistently and provide support and training to augment their sales competencies.
  • Channel Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a thorough channel sales strategy in alignment with the company's goals, aimed at optimizing sales through our reseller network.
  • Integration of Service and Sales: Work in close concert with the service team to uncover and pursue sales opportunities, utilizing their technical acumen and interactions with customers to initiate leads and inquiries.
  • Product Promotion and Demonstrations: Collaborate with resellers to conduct product demonstrations and promotional events, showcasing the distinct advantages of products to potential users.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor movements, relaying insights to both resellers and the internal team to shape strategic decisions and refine sales approaches.
  • Training and Development: Offer extensive training to both resellers and service team members on product features, sales methodologies, and market positioning, ensuring they are equipped to effectively drive sales.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor the sales metrics across the reseller network diligently to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer and Reseller Feedback: Serve as the intermediary for collecting feedback from both end-users and resellers, leveraging this data to refine product offerings, sales strategies, and overall customer service.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Any B.E./ B.Tech. ONLY
    • NOT DESIRED: Diploma/ B.Sc./ etc. even with MBA is not desired by client.
  • Experience:
    • 5-10 Yrs
  • Sales Portfolio Requirements:
    • Sales of Construction/ Earth moving equipment like crane, conveyer, excavator, backhoe, forklift, material handling equipment, etc.
    • Sample Target Companies: Doosan, LiuGong, JCB, John Deere, Caterpillar, GMMCO, Hitachi, LnT, Gammon, Hyundai, Escorts, Schwing, Komatsu, etc.
    • NOT REQUIRED: Sales of service/ spares experience alone is not suitable/ desired by client for this profile. Should mandatorily have experience of product sales of earth moving/ construction equipment.
