Roles and Responsibilities:●

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with thecompany's business objectives and market opportunities.● Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to enhance productivity and meet salestargets.● Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure clientretention and satisfaction.● Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies andenhance competitiveness.● Manage key customer accounts and participate in contract negotiations to securemajor deals.● Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesiveapproach to market growth.● Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity to ensure effectivenessand efficiency in achieving sales goals.● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings tofoster business relationships and opportunities.● Report directly to senior management on sales results, forecasting, and strategicplanning.

Background and Requirements :

Job RequirementsExperience: Either 10+ years or 8+ years with below mentioned qualificationQualification: IIT's or NIT's (basically from Tier I or II collegesMust be a B- School passout. Must have done undergrad in Mechanical or Metelergy. Must have FMCG / Enterprise Sales experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. AMaster's degree is preferred.● At least 8-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadershiprole within a corporate sales environment.● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and an analytical approach toproblem-solving and decision-making.● Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.● Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with high-level decision-makers.● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
