Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Lead India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Knowledge of legal services or the legal industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
