The Role

Location: Nariana Vihar

Work setting: Work from Office

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Mon-Fri : 9:30am to 6:30pm; Saturday 9:30am to 4:00pm)

Job Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) expert. you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and ultimately achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking, financial, and insurance products and services.

2. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions by effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and proactive communication.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.

5. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Desired Qualification

· Under Graduate or Graduate (All courses are eligible)

· Candidate can join immediately.

· Experience 6 months – 2 years

Desired Skills & Competencies

· Relationship Building, Customer Service, And Sales Aptitude. Good command over English should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets. Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. 


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
  • You have working knowledge of convincing skills, communication skills, telesales, telemarketing, business development executive and sales
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
