The idealcandidate will have prior experience working in a recruitmentconsultancy and a proven track record in bulk hiring across diversesectors including BPO insurance sales and marketing. As a NonITRecruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening andonboarding candidates to meet the staffing requirements of ourclients.
Responsibilities:
  1. ClientEngagement: Collaborate with clients to understandtheir hiring needs including volume requirements and skill sets anddevelop recruitment strategiesaccordingly.
  2. Sourcing andScreening: Utilize various sourcing methods such asjob portals social media networking and referrals to attractqualified candidates. Screen resumes conduct interviews and assesscandidate qualifications to identify the best fit for clientroles.
  3. Bulk Hiring:Manage endtoend recruitment processes for bulk hiring projectsensuring timely delivery of highquality candidates to meet clientdeadlines.
  4. IndustryExpertise: Specialize in recruiting for multipleindustries including BPO insurance sales and marketing. Stayupdated on industry trends market dynamics and talent pools toeffectively address clientrequirements.
  5. CandidateManagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline ofpotential candidates for current and future opportunities. Providecandidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitmentprocess including timely communication andfeedback.
  6. Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams including account managers andrecruitment coordinators to coordinate recruitment activities andensure clientsatisfaction.
  7. Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsthroughout the recruitment process including data protection andconfidentialityrequirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  2. Minimum 6 months2 years of experience inrecruitment consultancy with a focus on nonIThiring.
  3. Proven track record in bulk hiringacross diverse sectors such as BPO insurance sales andmarketing.
  4. Strong sourcing and candidatescreening skills with proficiency in using recruitment tools andtechniques.
  5. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsand candidates.
  6. Resultoriented mindset with theability to meet deadlines and deliver on clientexpectations.
  7. Knowledge of relevant employmentlaws and regulations.
  8. Certification inrecruitment or human resources management is aplus.
