PositionOverview:
Weare looking for an experienced professional for the role of Managerto join our Asia Client Solutions team in Mumbai. Client SolutionsManagers work directly to support and manageprojectinquiries coming from our Financial Services client firms based inthe region. The Client Solutions Manager is responsible forcoordinating and executing short and midterm client projects andactivities ensure the team meets or exceeds its commercialdevelopment compliance and people targets support sales expandingour presence in the region and work with the leadership indeveloping and implementing business performance improvementinitiatives.
Specificresponsibilities include (but are not limitedto):
Managingand leading ateamof junior to midlevelprofessionals.
Ensurebest in class client servicepracticesare upheld through close coaching and support direct reports intheir professional development plans actively manage teamperformance and peopledevelopment.
Rolemodel the company leadership and culture in and outside theteam.
Facilitatingeducationalinteractionsbetween our experts (including industry executives independentconsultants academics and former policy makers across all sectors)and ourclients.
Clientsseek the companys support on due diligence research internalstudies or other strategic/operational engagements. Interactionsmainly consist of 1:1 telephone consultations but may also consistof surveys inperson meetings panels or other custom indepthengagements.
Supportthe Salesteamgrowing the companys client relationships in India including newclients as well as senior stakeholders. This relationshipdevelopment will stem from proactive phone outreach projectexecution postproject client feedback and occasionally inpersonclient meetings in partnership withSales.
Developingand implementing strategy for our effortsinclose collaboration with our Leadership team Sales team and otherstakeholders.
Trackteam performance and create plans to accelerate growth and revenuenear andlongterm.
Programminglive incountry meetings or teleconferences on relevant subjectmatter and news worthy events to our clients in collaboration withSales.
Anideal candidate will have thefollowing:
Up to 710 years of experience ideally in fullfledged clientfacing/servicing roles that could be in consulting FinancialServices market research or other professional services or startup
environment.
Direct team handling experience of up to 34 years wherequarterly/yearly appraisals were directly managed and delivered toDRs
Strong cando attitude and track record of business growth /turnaround
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of client serviceprofessionals
Successful track record of working in fast paced client serviceenvironment
Client focused/driven individual must be able to innovate to be aproblem solver forclients.
Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills in English andwillingness to call and engage seniorprofessionals
Understanding of the business climate. Interest in working acrossindustries subjects ranging from industrials to consumer tohealthcare
