- Managingdaytoday recruiting activities involving internal and external jobpostingresume
- screeninginterview scheduling and candidate interviews and share feedbackwith the hiringmanager
- Assistingin the employee onboarding & offboardingprocess
- Handleall administrative tasks for onboarding new hire orientation andexit interviews including entering data into HR information systemsand auditing for accuracy andcompliance
- Initiatingbackground and reference checks of newemployees
- Orientnew employees to the organization (setting up a designated loginworkstation email addressetc.)
- Preparingnew employee files andrecords
- MaintainingHR files anddatabases
- Updatingand maintaining employee benefits employment status and similarrecords
- Performingfile audits to ensure that all required employee documentation iscollected and maintained as percompliance
- Maintainingcalendars of People Operations managementteam
- Assistin the communication interpretation and upkeep of employee handbookemployee directory and organizational chart and contributes to thedevelopment ofpolicies
- Assistwith termination process involving preparation of separationpaperwork and exitinterviews.
- HandlingLeave Management and performing payroll/benefitrelatedreconciliations
- Designingdeveloping and implementing various engagement activities andemployee branding processes etc. to generate employer awareness andimprovebranding
- Assistin administering benefits compensation and employee performanceprograms
- Participatingin benefits tasks such as claim resolutions reconciling benefitsstatements and approving invoices forpayment
- Liaisebetween employees and management on HRissues
- Overseeemployee labour laws and regulations to assurecompliance
- Maintainingrecords related to grievances performance reviews and disciplinaryactions
- Performspecial live projects asdirected
Requirements
- Experiencewith Human Resources InformationSystems
- Proficiencywith MS Office
- Goodknowledge of laborlegislation
- 12years of industryexperience
Knowledge and Skills Required: At least a two-year diploma degreein Computer Aided Drafting Minimum 3-years' experience in a CADtechnician role Outstanding fluency and skill with programs such asAutoCAD and SolidWorks Excellent communication skills; listening,comprehension, and feedback
