  • Performingfile audits to ensure that all required employee documentation iscollected and maintained as percompliance
  • Maintainingcalendars of People Operations managementteam
  • Assistin the communication interpretation and upkeep of employee handbookemployee directory and organizational chart and contributes to thedevelopment ofpolicies
  • Assistwith termination process involving preparation of separationpaperwork and exitinterviews.
  • HandlingLeave Management and performing payroll/benefitrelatedreconciliations
  • Designingdeveloping and implementing various engagement activities andemployee branding processes etc. to generate employer awareness andimprovebranding
  • Assistin administering benefits compensation and employee performanceprograms
  • Participatingin benefits tasks such as claim resolutions reconciling benefitsstatements and approving invoices forpayment
  • Liaisebetween employees and management on HRissues
  • Overseeemployee labour laws and regulations to assurecompliance
  • Maintainingrecords related to grievances performance reviews and disciplinaryactions
  • Performspecial live projects asdirected

Requirements
  • Experiencewith Human Resources InformationSystems
  • Proficiencywith MS Office
  • Goodknowledge of laborlegislation
  • 12years of industryexperience


Knowledge and Skills Required: At least a two-year diploma degreein Computer Aided Drafting Minimum 3-years' experience in a CADtechnician role Outstanding fluency and skill with programs such asAutoCAD and SolidWorks Excellent communication skills; listening,comprehension, and feedback
