RoleandResponsibilities:
- Assistcustomers with inquiries and provide accurate information regardingflight bookings travel itineraries and other relatedqueries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolveissues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism and customersatisfaction.
- Ensure smooth travel arrangementsby coordinating with airlines hotels and other travel serviceproviders to ensure seamless travel experiences forcustomers.
- Maintain a comprehensiveunderstanding of travelrelated processes including visarequirements travel insurance and localregulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team toupsell and crosssell additional travel services such as hotelaccommodations car rentals and travelpackages.
- Stay updated with industry trendstravel advisories and changes in airline policies to provideaccurate and uptodate information tocustomers.
- Manage and maintain customer recordsin the CRM system ensuring accurate and detailed information forfuture reference and dataanalysis.
CandidateQualifications:
- Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with a strong commandof the English language.
- Prior experience incustomer service or the travel industry ispreferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills andability to handle customer complaints and resolve issuesprofessionally and effectively.
- Ability to workin a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing customer demandsand travelrelated processes.
- Good interpersonalskills and a customeroriented approach with a passion fordelivering exceptional service and creating positive customerexperiences.
