Job Overview


We are looking for a Help Desk Junior to join our team at Outworks Solutions Private Ltd. As a Help Desk Junior, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar help desk or technical support role
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL Foundation are a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software
  • Create and update user documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
