NCR VOYIX has earned the trust of businesses large and small — from the best-known brands around the world to your local favorite around the corner.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Active Directory Administrator, Office 365,Processing requests per ITIL framework and within defined SLA. Creation/deletion/management of objects in AD, i.e. local user accounts, groups, workstations, servers, printers, etc Regularly perform housekeeping duties to keep their OU hierarchy clear of stale, unused, expired, and other no longer needed objects Process requests for access control authorized by data owner and by following defined process. Process requests for group drive mappings, computer account, application accounts etc. Perform Server Setup (Create the required groups and give them appropriate permissions on the server) Meeting or exceeding predefined KPI and SLA targets.#LI-MM6

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge Windows 10, Windows 2012R2 Operating Systems.Should have experience in Active Directory and Group Policy management.Strong understanding of messaging in an Outlook/ Exchange environment/O365Basic knowledge of Windows PowerShell Scripting.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION:

Minimum qualification: HSC (Grade 12). Technical diploma is preferred, but not mandatory.Minimum six months experience in Server, Active Directory management or technical support role.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.Good business communication skills (e-mail)

ROTATIONAL SHIFTS

We are 24X5 operations and candidate should be ready to work on rotational shifts.TECHNICAL SKILLS:Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office 365 & internet technologies.Basic networking concepts, troubleshooting LAN/remote access problems.Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Office365, MS Outlook 2016 or laterAbility and willingness to learn quickly, keep knowledge current.EDUCATION & WORK HISTORY:Minimum qualification: HSC (Grade 12).
