Overview:The Assistantplays a crucial role in providing administrative and clericalsupport to the organization. They are responsible for assistingwith various tasks to ensure seamless operations and contribute tothe overall efficiency of the team and theorganization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage andcoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiencyand compliance with company policies.
  • Organizeand schedule appointments meetings andevents.
  • Handle incoming calls and othercommunications managing and maintaining filingsystems.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularlyscheduled reports.
  • Manage the inventory ofoffice supplies and order new materials asneeded.
  • Assist in the preparation andorganization of documents and reports.
  • Conductresearch and prepare presentations or reports asassigned.
  • Provide general support tovisitors.
  • Resolve administrative problems andinquiries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements andexpense reports.
  • Organize and maintain a tidyoffice environment.
  • Assist in the coordinationand implementation of office procedures andpolicies.
  • Handle sensitive information in aconfidential manner.
  • Assist in the training ofnew staff members.
RequiredQualifications:
  • High school diplomaor equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experiencein an administrative or clerical role ispreferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office withexceptional knowledge of word processing and spreadsheetprograms.
  • Strong organizational and planningskills.
  • Excellent time management skills andability to prioritize work.
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolvingskills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part ofa team.
  • Knowledge of office management systemsand procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and workefficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity withbasic research methods and data entrytechniques.
  • Proficient typing and data entryskills.
  • Professional attitude andappearance.
  • Ability to use standard officeequipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing systems.
