Description
We are lookingfor a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customerservice and meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates withstrong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome inour store will stand out. You will help identify client needspresent and answer questions about our products and services andrecommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptlyresolve potential customer issues or complaints will make yousuccessful in this role. Ultimately you will ensure that customersleave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the storesprofitability.
Responsibilities
Greet and directcustomers
Provide accurate information (e.g. productfeatures pricing and aftersales services)
Answercustomers questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitatepurchasing
Crosssell products
Ensure racksare fully stocked
Manage returns ofmerchandise
Coordinate with the Retail SalesRepresentatives team to provide excellent customerservice
(especially during peak times)
Informcustomers about discounts and special offers
Providecustomer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay uptodatewith new products/services
Requirements
Proven work experienceas a Retail Sales Representative Sales Associate or similarrole
Understanding of the retail salesprocess
Familiarity with consumer behaviourprinciples Knowledge of inventory stockingprocedures
Basic math skills
Track record ofachieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skillscapable of building trusting relationships
Ability toperform in fastpaced environments
