About theRole
We are looking for a highlyprofessional and experienced recruitment partner at Moove to serveas a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers providingendtoend recruitment support. They are responsible forunderstanding the talent needs of various departments developingrecruitment strategies and executing sourcing and selectionprocesses. The recruitment partner will build strong relationshipswith internal stakeholders and external networks to attract toptalent while also ensuring compliance with recruitment policies andregulations. Their goal is to effectively identify engage andonboard qualified candidates who align with Mooves values andobjectives contributing to the companys growth andsuccess.
Whatyoull bedoing
Defineand Implement the recruitment strategy for their respectivebusiness area.
BusinessPartnering with hiring managers to coach teams and individuals tohiring success
Contribute tooperational effectiveness of the wider Recruitment team throughinnovation and continuous improvement
Owner and/ lead on keyRecruitment projects to create additional stakeholdervalue
Develop and update jobdescriptions and jobspecifications
Perform joband task analysis to document job requirements andobjectives
Preparerecruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
Source and recruitcandidates by using databases social mediaetc
Screen candidatesresumes and jobapplications
Conductinterviews using various reliable recruiting and selectiontools/methods to filter candidates withinschedule
Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes
Keeping dataaccurate in the ATS.
Act asa point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsduring the selectionprocess
Promote companysreputation as best place towork

Significantexperience as a Recruitment leader in a fast paced startup /scaleup environment orsimilar.
Excellentstakeholder relationshipskills
Strong communicationskills and proven ability to influence decisionmakers
Ability to managecompeting priorities and deadlines
Broader awareness ofPeople/HR bestpractices
Advanced knowledgeof a variety of selection and assessmentprocesses
High degree offamiliarity with a range applicant tracking systems (ATS) andcandidate managementsystems
Ability to usepsychometric tests and other assessment tools is advantageous
Familiarity with socialmedia especially LinkedIn forhiring
