- Support andwork effectively as a team member with other Operational Managersin other geographic areas
- Lead motivate anddevelop a team of recruiters assessors and processing clericalstaff in all daytoday operations in a very fastpaced environment.Hold all team members accountable for understanding and performingtheir role in a manner that meets or exceedsexpectations
- Understand and be comfortablewith all technology systems and processes used by the company insupport of our craft labor workforce
- Researchand develop company target lists and identify potential candidatesand sources
- Performs other duties as assignedby management.
