RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactivelysource toptier candidates through your preferred channels includingjob boards social media and professional networkswith a primaryfocus on identifying talent for clients in Germany andAustria.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles based ontheir qualifications and potential fit for specific job roles usingpredefined criteria.
  • Collaborate closely withour Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure asmooth and efficient recruitmentprocess.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline ofqualified candidates for current and future opportunities fosteringongoing relationships.
  • Efficiently coordinateinterview schedules between candidates andindivHR.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficientin English (spoken and written) thisis a must German is an advantage
  • Previousexperience as an IT recruiter is amust preferable as SAPrecruiter
  • Stellar communicationand people skills
  • Ability to juggle multiplerecruitment projects and workindependently
  • Great time managementresponsiveness and organizationalabilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment bestpractices and sourcing techniques
