POSITIONOVERVIEW
As the Country SalesHead you will be responsible for driving sales growthbuildingstrong customer relationships and expanding market share withincountry/region. You
will lead a team of salesprofessionals develop strategic sales plans and collaborate closelywithcrossfunctional teams to achieve revenue targets and exceedcustomerexpectations.
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developand implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsandmaximize market penetration.
- Lead mentor andinspire a highperforming sales team to consistently meetand exceedsales quotas.
- Provide guidance coaching andsupport to sales representatives to enhancetheir performance andprofessional development.
- Identify and pursuenew business opportunities to expand the companyspresence in thecountry/region.
- Build and nurture relationshipswith key customers partners and stakeholdersto drive businessgrowth and foster longtermpartnerships.
- Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback toidentify areas for strategicdifferentiation and marketadvantage.
- Collaborate with senior managementto develop annual sales plans budgetsand forecasts aligned withbusiness objectives.
- Analyze sales data markettrends and customer insights to inform strategicdecisionmaking andresource allocation.
- Continuously evaluate andoptimize sales processes tools and methodologiesto enhanceefficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strongrelationships with existing and prospective customers tounderstandtheir needs challenges and priorities.
- Act as atrusted advisor to customers providing strategic guidanceandcustomized solutions to address their businessrequirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction andretention initiatives to ensure ongoing loyaltyandadvocacy.
- Collaborate closely with marketingproduct development and other crossfunctional teams to align salesefforts with product roadmap marketingcampaigns and customerrequirements.
- Provide valuable insights andfeedback from the field to inform productenhancements pricingstrategies and gotomarketinitiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proventrack record of success in sales leadership roles within thesoftware industry with ademonstrated ability to drive revenuegrowth and exceed targets.
- Strong businessacumen strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability totranslatemarket insights into actionable salesstrategies.
- Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire andmotivateteams to achieve exceptional results.
- Deepunderstanding of the country/regions business landscape marketdynamics andcultural nuances.
- Passion fortechnology and innovation with a keen interest in software productsandsolutions.
- Ability to travel withincountry/region asneeded.
