The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will serveas the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to specific facilities/locationsensuring proper strategies are in place to meet hiringneeds.
Dutiesand Responsibilities:Developrelationships with key stakeholders within assigned areas ofresponsibilityPartner with hiring managersto review analyze and clarify job specifications leadershipbehaviors and skills required; understand business operations anddevelop recruiting strategies to fill staffingneedsPartner with field HR teams ensuringthe execution of companywide policies and programs pertaining torecruitment and provide general assistance as needed in adherenceto state and federal regulatory lawsWorkclosely with hiring managers to deliver strategic hiring strategiestargeted towards each functional areaManagethe full lifecycle recruiting process: locate candidates screen& interview candidates schedule interviews coordinate avariety of other items relative to recruitment scheduling utilizeCompany applicant tracking software sell the candidate on Companysattributes extend verbal offerEngage theRecruitment Technology for job posting process and properlymaximizing system capabilities working within the SOPs andRequisition Management GuidelinesDevelopsourcing plans specific to each job opportunities within designatedlocations and build bench of diverse talent with candidates sourcedand ready for interviewing and presentation to hiringmanagersUtilize proactive recruitingtechniques develop industry contacts and select qualifiedindividuals who will provide added value to the department businessobjectives and the CompanyMentor hiringmanagers on appropriate recruitment and legal hiring/interviewingpractices and procedures. May partner on conducting training onlawful hiring practices to hiringmanagers.Utilize behavioral interviewtechniques and web based assessment tools to identify qualifiedcandidatesAccountable for Affirmative ActionPlans for specified requisitions/functionalareas.Utilize no cost or low cost recruitingmethods to manage expense controls to allow achievement of revenueprofit and utilization objectives.Analyzethe state of the talent market for competitiveness with respect tocompensation and other factors.Assist HiringManagers in developing and extending competitive job offers andcommunicate acceptances to TA Services team for completion of thehiring process.Participate with externalcommittees and organizations in area of recruitment establishingpositive community outreach relationships to increase diversityhires.Other projects asassigned
Qualifications:HighSchool Diploma RequiredBachelors DegreepreferredOne (1 plus) year prior recruitingexperience preferably in consumer packaged goodsindustry.Working in a corporate recruitingrole preferred.Cold calling andcandidate/internet sourcing needed.Workingin a high volume/fast paced recruitingenvironment.Identifying and securing sourcesof potential job candidates.Recruitingqualified candidates from a variety ofsources.Conducting phone interviews andassessing fit verbally.Marketing and sellinga companys attributes to externalcandidates.Working with MS Office productsOutlook and various ATS toolsneeded
