Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • This is 100% Field Sales Job -Attending Meetings.
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching Services + Packages to prospect clients
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with aggressive follow ups with the interested clients
  • Researching organizations & individual online (especially on social media) to identify new leads & potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and setup meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings & industry events
  • Negotiating business closure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Communication, Attitude to Learn and Excel, Confidence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
